Welcome to cod.plus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and COD PLUS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the cod.plus website and our digital software delivery services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Services (B2C & B2B)

  • Retail (B2C): We provide genuine digital product keys and licenses for personal use.
  • Wholesale (B2B): We offer bulk licensing and distribution rights to businesses and sub-resellers. B2B clients may be required to undergo a verification process and are subject to specific volume-based pricing agreements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: The COD PLUS brand, website design, and custom software automation (including our integrated UPI gateways) are the property of COD PLUS.
  • Third-Party Software: We are an independent reseller of software licenses (e.g., Microsoft, Trend Micro). All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Our sale of a license does not grant you ownership of the underlying software, only the right to use it under the developer's End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features (especially B2B pricing), you may be required to register. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Purchase and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. For B2B bulk orders, quotes are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, Net Banking, and local methods including UPI.
  • Taxation: For B2B clients, GST will be applied according to current Indian regulations.

6. Digital Delivery Policy

  • Instant Delivery: Most digital keys are delivered instantly to your registered email address upon payment confirmation.
  • Manual Review: To prevent fraud, certain high-value or B2B orders may undergo a manual review process, which can take up to 24 hours.
  • Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your code within the specified timeframe, you must contact contact@cod.plus immediately.

7. Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation

Due to the intangible nature of digital product keys:

  • No Refunds: Once a key has been delivered and viewed, we cannot offer a refund as the product is "consumed."
  • Replacement Guarantee: If a key is proven to be defective or invalid at the time of delivery, we will provide a replacement key at no extra cost after technical verification.
  • B2B Cancellations: Bulk orders that have already been dispatched/activated cannot be cancelled.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the software keys for illegal purposes or in violation of the manufacturer's EULA.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our website or automated delivery systems.
  • Engage in "chargeback fraud"—attempting to claim a refund through your bank after successfully activating a digital key.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will COD PLUS or our directors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the software or the Site. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India.
  • Arbitration: Any dispute shall first be attempted to be settled via informal mediation. If unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delhi, India.
